Catalog accompanying the exhibition, which was held at the University of Toronto Art Gallery in the fall of 2022, then at the Polygon Gallery in North Vancouver in the spring of 2023. It presents a compilation of photographs from African diasporic culture, drawn from Dr. Kenneth Montague's Wedge Collection in Toronto. With over a hundred works by Black artists from Canada, the Caribbean, Great Britain, and the United States, as well as from across the African continent, this book offers a timely exploration of Black identity on both sides of the Atlantic.
