Ce numéro spécial de Connaissance des Arts accompagne l’exposition Diamants, présentée au Muséum national d’histoire naturelle du 10 mars au 15 juillet 2001. This special issue of Connaissance des Arts accompanies the Diamonds exhibition, presented at the National Museum of Natural History from March 10 to July 15, 2001. The exhibition traces the history of this precious stone, from the formation of crystals and the discovery of the first deposits to its religious and mythological symbolism, including historical episodes linked to the most prestigious jewelry it has adorned. |
