Catalogue de l'exposition organisée par le Musée national de porcelaine Adrien Dubouché de Limoges du 18 juin au 20 octobre 2008. L'ouvrage retrace vingt années de création de l’artiste, depuis ses débuts en joaillerie jusqu’à son développement dans les arts décoratifs. Il met en avant son univers narratif et imaginaire, où bijoux, porcelaines, cristaux et objets décoratifs deviennent des « mondes miniatures ». L’ouvrage souligne aussi ses collaborations avec de grandes manufactures, qui lui permettent d’explorer de nouveaux matériaux et techniques. Il présente enfin l’évolution d’un créateur mêlant artisanat, fantaisie et design contemporain dans une démarche très personnelle.
Catalog of the exhibition organized by the Adrien Dubouché National Porcelain Museum in Limoges from June 18 to October 20, 2008. The book traces twenty years of the artist’s creative work, from his early days in jewelry design to his development in the decorative arts. It highlights his narrative and imaginative universe, where jewelry, porcelain, crystal, and decorative objects become “miniature worlds.” The book also highlights his collaborations with major manufacturers, which have allowed him to explore new materials and techniques. Finally, it presents the evolution of a creator who blends craftsmanship, fantasy, and contemporary design in a highly personal approach. |
