Jérôme Bosch (vers 1450–1516) est un peintre des Pays-Bas bourguignons, actif à Bois-le-Duc, connu pour ses œuvres religieuses originales et énigmatiques. Il développe un style unique peuplé de créatures fantastiques, de scènes oniriques et de symboles complexes. Ses tableaux, comme Le Jardin des délices, explorent les thèmes du péché, de la tentation et de l’enfer avec une grande imagination visuelle. Son œuvre mêle morale religieuse et vision presque surréaliste, ce qui le rend encore aujourd’hui fascinant.
Hieronymus Bosch (c. 1450–1516) was a painter from the Burgundian Netherlands, active in 's-Hertogenbosch, known for his original and enigmatic religious works.
